Moving More at Home 

If joining a local activity session doesn't suit you there are all sorts of ways you can get more active without leaving your home. Whether you're looking for a home workout, everyday activities to keep you moving or something you can do with the family, there are plenty of ways to stay active at home.

Upload your sessions to Moving More

Thousands of people are using the Moving More activity finder to discover new ways to be active, either for themselves or someone else. 

If you are an activity provider, the easiest way to upload your sessions to the activity finder is to use 'Open Sessions' - a free to use open data tool. 

Alternatively, organisations with existing digital booking systems may be able to connect their sessions automatically.  



Moving More News

This month's spotlight is on Get Set 4 Tennis. Get Set 4 Tennis have partnered with Access Sport to provide free inclusive tennis sessions in Abbotts Langley starting this November. The 'Acez Tennis' sessions focus on supporting disabled young people aged 5 - 25, as well as those with long-term health conditions.

This month's spotlight is the Sadie Centre. The Sadie Centre based in Letchworth North Herts, is a specialist venue focused on health promotion and illness prevention. The Centre aims to empower people of all ages and backgrounds with tools and techniques to enable them to take responsibility for their own health.
